 What is Save & SaveAs in Ms Word?

Is blog me hum dekhege save aur saveas kya hota hai dono me kya fark hai dono ko kaise use kiya jata hai.

Save

To sab se phele hum dekhte hai Save save ka kaam hota hai kisi bhi document ko save karna aur jab hum kisi new document ko save karte hai to us time hume save karte time document ka location aur document ka naam dono batana hota hai

Steps of Save.

kisi bhi new document ko save karne k liye sab se phele file menu me jana hai.


uske baad Save par click kar k Browse par click karna hai.

iske baad apke pass ek window open hogi us window me phele apko apne folder me jana hai fir apke folder me ja kar document ka naam likhna hai aur save par click karna hai.

to ye step tha Save ka aur is tarha ap kisi bhi document ko save kar sakte ho aur ek bar save karne k baad ap agar document me kuch bhi kaam karte ho to usse Ctrl + S ya file menu me ja kar save par click karne se wo edit kiye hove steps ko bhi save karta jayga yani jab hum kisi bhi new document ko pheli bar save karne par location aur naam bata dete hai then uske baad bar bar batane ki zarorat nahi hoti hai uske baad wo sirf steps ko save karta hai ussi document me.


SaveAs

SaveAs ka kaam hota hai save ki hovi file me edit kar k alag se save karna. 

example:
maan lo apne ek resume banaya hai aur wo phele se save hai.

ab ap chahte ho apke kisi friend ya relative ka resume banane to apko pori details fir se new document me likhne ki zarorat nahi hai apka jo resume hai ap ussi file me naam, address, and all change karoge aur is bar usko save karte time ap SaveAs ka use karoge.



jayse k humne dekha tha upar jab hum kisi new document ko save karte hai to wo first time hi naam aur location pochta hai uske baad save karne par usse document me steps ko save kar deta hai to agar ap resume me edit kar k save karoge to apke resume ka data delete ho kar apke friend ka resume save ho jayga ussi document me isliye hum Save k badle me SaveAs ka use karege.

q ki SaveAs ka use karne me hamesha hume naam aur location dena hota hai isliye hum save kiye hove document me edit kar k save tab karte hai jab hume alag se save karna hota hai.

Important Note: SaveAs karte time agar ap same Folder me document ko save kar rahe ho to document ka naam phele document se alag hi rakhe.

yani agar apne apne resume ko save karte time sirf Resume likha kar save kar diye the to jab ap apke friend k liye jo resume edit kar k bana rahe ho aur ap chahte ho ek hi folder me usse bhi save karna to uska naam bhi Resume nahi rakhna warna phele wali file delete ho jaygi aur abhi wali file save ho jaygi matlab apka Resume delete ho kar apke friend ka Resume save ho jayga isliye jab bhi edit kar ya new bana kar ap koi document save karoge to apne folder me jane k baad ye zaroor dekh lena k abhi jo ap document save kar rahe ho uska naam kya hai aur phele jo save kiye the unke naam kya hai.
